Sergio joined Ray White in May 2005 as our Project Development Manager. Sergios background, since graduating from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree as a Land Surveyor, has been in the field of Local Government starting in Municipal Engineering and rising into management positions over the last 12 years. Ray White is proud to have acquired Sergios services and he has proven to be a valuable and respected member of our team.
In the Project Development Managers  role Sergio provides;

  • Organises professional services for design and implementation.
  • Act as representative for developers from outside of Albany for meetings and liaison with contractors and Local authorities.  
  • Actively involved in Residential and Commercial property sales.
    Sergio also provides Administrative and Management support services for the Principals of Ray White.
